R and F operate a 14 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return them in an unworn condition within 14 days and we will be happy to exchange or refund the full cost of the shoes.

If you are exchanging the SAME STYLE for a DIFFERENT SIZE, R and F does not charge any further postage for a replacement pair.

If you discover that an item has a genuine manufacturing fault we will arrange to replace or repair it. Depending on the time since purchase. We will also reimburse any postage costs incurred when returning the goods.

If items are returned after the 14 day period they will be accepted at our discretion and any items that have subsequently gone into sale may only be refunded at the sale price.

We do reserve the right to send goods back to you if they are not received in new condition or have been damaged due to insufficient packaging.

When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting or a receipt from your courier. This should be kept safe as it will be required if any returned parcels should go astray. Unfortunately R and F will not accept responsibility for any parcels that have gone missing without proof of return.

Any monies owed will be refunded back to the original credit/debit card used. Any cheque or postal orders will be refunded by cheque. Refund confirmation receipts will be sent to you in the post.
