1. Is the website safe to leave my credit/debit card details?

Ordering online with R and F is easy and totally secure. Look for the padlock at the bottom of your web browser.

2. Is VAT included in the price?

VAT is included at 17.5% on all prices advertised on this site, In any instances where the goods are to be posted to a non-EU country, the VAT will be deducted prior to being charged.

3. How do i know if an item is available?

Our internet stock is updated daily from Monday to Friday. Once your order is received we check availability, you will be advised immediately using the details you have provided if an item is unavailable. From time to time we may have to get stock back from one of our branches for you, this may result in a small delay in receiving your shoes.

4. When will my card be debited?

Your card will be debited at the time of despatch, if any item is temporarily unavailable you will be advised of the delay. Your details will be held on our secure system until the time of despatch - no monies will be taken until we physically have the shoes to send to you.

5. Are my details passed on to any third parties?

Absolutely not, any customer details that we hold are held on our secure database and are never passed on to any third parties. By giving us your contact details you agree to receive from us, any advertising we choose to send out and any new items that come into stock.

You will only be contacted directly if there is a problem with an order.

6. If the goods are unsuitable or faulty, how do i return them?
